A police duty belt (sometimes referred to as a gun belt, "duty rig" and/or kit belt) is a belt, typically constructed of nylon or leather used by police and security officers to carry equipment easily in a series of pouches attached to the belt, in a readily-accessible manner, while leaving the hands free to interact. This belt can carry any number of useful items, ranging from handcuffs to guns.
Belt keepers are an essential piece of law enforcement equipment. They are designed to lock the duty belt to the inner belt, working alongside the belt's hook and loop lining to prevent it from sliding or shifting. In the past, many belts would sag and move around while around the waist while an officer was engaging in a physical activity. Belt keepers wrap around the duty belt and trouser belt, ensuring that the belt stays in place, even when the officer is taking something from the belt or engaging in an altercation with a suspect
These belt keepers were part of a retired state trooper's leather belt rig. He took very good care of his gear. These are, and will be, fully functional for years to come.
SET OF THREE
This set comprises of 1 3/8" wide genuine leather basketweave finish double keepers with nickel snaps that fit a 2" wide duty belt. These do not have mfr. marks.

RETURNS / REFUND POLICY
No returns allowed unless item is not as described, unless otherwise specified. I  will accept returns with a valid reason. (This doesn't include change of mind!) Item must be returned in original condition (within 7 days of receipt), un-damaged.  Buyer to pay return postage. (Recorded Advisable) Refund will not include postage paid to deliver the item. Refund will be made once item is received back.

The day it leaves the factory, it becomes one day closer to it's end date.  When I find these devices, I plug them in, wind them up or put in a battery. If they buzz, whirr or seem like they're doing what they are supposed to be doing, I keep them for auction. At that point in time, I have NO IDEA of how old or how much use they have incurred. They may last a lifetime, or fail the next time they are turned on. Therefore, I sell these as "Decorative or Ornamental purposes" only, not functional. Which may be referred to as "AS IS".
